Charges are to be paid before, or at the conclusion of, your visit.
(Charges, like massage therapy, are per 15 minute time block).
$55 per 15 minute block - under 65 years old
$45 per office visit - 65+ years old or Medicare (not Medicaid)

$100 per 2 consecutive blocks - under 65 years old. Clear this with doctor

New Patients: $149 including treatment
6 office visit package:  $300
12 office visit package: $550
24 office visit package:  $1000

For Medicare Eligible Patients:
6 office visit package:  $245
12 office visit package: $480
24 office visit package:  $900

** As you can see, age has it's benefits! Also, you guys are my favorite.
That being said, federal laws make you worth less (to doctor's earnings) while 
your challenges are usually more difficult. Please don't monopolize the doctors
time. Make a coffee date with me if you want to talk - even about medical _ 
help me keep my direct patient time below 20 hours/week.

Extras:
Cyrotherapy (ice pack) -- 15 minutes:  $15
Low Level Laser/PhotoBioModulation: $30; must sign a release to use.
